Turmeric Goji Bites

Makes 15 – 20 bites

200 gram almond meal or raw almonds

100 gram unsweetened coconut flakes

6 Medjool dates

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

1 tbsp. Golden Milk powder or turmeric powder

100 gram dried goji berries

If you are using raw almonds, first grind them in a food processor. Then mix the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT goji berries. When using almond meal you can combine ingredients all together at once. Stir goji berries through mixture and form balls with your hands. Roll bites through some extra coconut flakes and turmeric powder for an extra spicy kick!
