Hatha Flow Yoga
A calm way of practicing yoga and getting familiar with the dynamics of standing poses. Lots of explanation and a strong focus on alignment.

Hatha Refine
This lesson is suitable for those who wish to deepen their practice with the use of props but also for those recovering from an injury and wish to move slowly within safe boundaries. Hatha refine welcomes people of all ages to safely lubricate the joints, bring oxygen to the muscles and find relaxation, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

Vinyasa
This lesson moves a bit faster with more challenging poses. The class warms up with sun salutations and you will build up a sweat during the standing sequence.
Wednesday from 11.00am-12.00 pm.

Yoga: Relax & Refresh
I am also available to teach yoga at your location whether it be early morning, during lunch or after work. Relax & Refresh yoga sessions will leave you rejuvenated and feeling well.
