Gentle Yoga
This lesson is suitable for those who are recovering from an injury and wish to move slowly within safe boundaries. Gentle yoga is welcoming people of all ages to safely lubricate the joints, bring oxygen to the muscles and find relaxation, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

Yoga: Relax & Refresh
I am also available to teach yoga at your location whether it be early morning, during lunch or after work. Relax & Refresh yoga sessions will leave you rejuvenated and feeling well.
