Anti-inflammatory Nori Wraps

Nori wrap

This recipe is great as a an appetizer or side dish for 4 people. Many symptoms start with inflammation that continue to exist because the immune system is constantly being challenged. Anti-inflammatory foods do not trigger extra inflammation in the body. On the contrary hempseed oil, nori and curcuma contain chemical substances that can counter inflammation.

Carrots and celery contain betacarotene which many people (but not all) can convert to the immune boosting Vitamine A form. Vitamine A is also beneficial for our skin health, vision and functioning of our immune system.
