6 ingredients mangokefir breakfast
This filling mango smoothie only contains 6 ingredients, but doesn’t compromise on taste with the creaminess of kefir and the sweet and sour flavours of mango, banana and mandarin.
Ingredients:
1 mango
2 dates
6 tablespoons kefir
1 teaspoon bee pollen
1 banana
2 mandarins peeled.
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix for 1 minute. Pour into a bowl and finish this smoothie with blueberries, coconut flakes and some walnuts.
